Can't make any of the class dates, or want some extra instruction? Book private lessons. *Please note all children under 14

 must take private lessons before using pottery wheels.*

Grab a friend and choose from our pre-made pottery to paint! This can be done during open studio hours or scheduled ahead as a private group. Pottery pieces are individually priced, ranging from $5-$18. 

Can accommodate up to 8 people on pottery wheels or 12 people handbuilding.

Open Studio Hours:

Monday- Thursday, 4-9 PM

Enjoy some self-directed studio time. Must have taken Intro to Wheel Throwing or similar equivalent. Kids under 14 must take private lessons before using pottery wheels.

Need to fire something you didn't make at Spearfish Clayworks? We fire bisqueware to cone 06 and glaze fire to cone 6.  

Have a group of four or more interested in taking a class? This option might be for you if you'd like to set up your own time and date at our group rate.
